Ingredients
NESTLÉ Fresh 'n' Natural Dahi
1 pack (200 g)
Cucumber, grated
1 cup (100 g)
Oil
1 tbsp
Mustard Seed
1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
4 to 5
Whole Red Chilli
1
Salt
To taste
Method
1.
Beat the NESTLÉ Dahi lightly with a fork.
2.
Mix in the grated cucumber and salt.
3.
Heat oil. Splutter the mustard seeds. Add curry leaves & whole red chilli. Pour this over the dahi mixture. Mix well.
4.
Serve chilled.
Tips
Makes a balanced nutritious meal when served with vegetable pulao.
