Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2012, declared second interim dividend of Rs. 18.00 (Rupees eighteen only) per equity share for the year 2012 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company of 96,415,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.
