Kick-start your day with a wholesome breakfast.

What should a healthy breakfast contain?

Grains:
Grains like Oats, Rice, Wheat and Jowar are important in your diet. For a nutritious breakfast, try a bowl of breakfast cereal made from whole grains or a slice of whole meal toast.

Fruits:
Fruits contain vitamins, minerals and fibre, and are a great addition to any breakfast. Try and eat fruits that are in season (they are fresh and taste better).

Dairy:
Dairy products are rich in calcium for healthy teeth and bones, a good source of protein and are great at breakfast time. Milk is perfect with cereals while you can also look at trying other dairy products in accordance to your taste.
