Respecting the human rights of everyone in our business activities is rooted in our values.
What we are doing
We understand our responsibility toward instilling and maintaining human rights across our business activities. In 2010, we incorporated the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) in our policies, such as the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and Nestlé Supplier Code. These principles are adhered to by all employees and extend to suppliers/contractors and associates. In 2018, there were no pending stakeholder complaints with regard to human rights.
