Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2011, if any, on 7th December, 2011.
Record Date of 13th December, 2011 has been fixed for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the Second Interim Dividend, 2011, if any declared.
Further, the Company has informed that Payment Date for the Second Interim Dividend, 2011, if any, would be on and from December 22, 2011.
