Nestlé India - Annual Results 2011 on February 14, 2012

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2012, inter alia, to consider audited financial results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2011 and the recommendation of final dividend for the year 2011, if any.

Consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2011.
