1.Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Consideration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that further to our letter no. PKR:SG:JK: 123:2024-25 dated 19th March 2025, the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) third quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled for Friday, 30th January 2026.
In view of the above event, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2026 to 1st February 2026 (both days inclusive).
