Appointment of Dr. Rakesh Mohan as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st May, 2016.
The Company has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, on 28th March, 2016, appointed Dr. Rakesh Mohan as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st May, 2016 upto 30thJune, 2020. Approval of the Members of the Company for the said appointment shall be sought at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Dr. Rakesh Mohan was on Board of the Company as an Independent Non-Executive Director from April, 2010 to October, 2012 and had relinquished office of Director of the Company consequent to his appointment as Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund, Washington, D.C., United States, representing India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan.
