Board Meeting on 19th October 2021 : Unaudited Financial Results for third quarter and nine months ending on 30th September 2021 and closure of Trading Window from 1st October 2021 to 21 st October 2021 (both days inclusive).

The Company has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending on 30^th September 2021 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Tuesday, 19^th October 2021.

In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1^st October 2021 to 21^st October 2021 (both days inclusive).
