Board Meeting on 19th October 2022: Unaudited Financial Results for third quarter and nine months ending on 30th September 2022 and closure of Trading Window from 1st October 2022 to 21st October 2022 (both days inclusive).

The Company has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending on 30th September 2022 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Wednesday, 19th October 2022.

In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2022 to 21st October 2022 (both days inclusive).
