Board Meeting on 23rd October 2020 : Unaudited Financial Results for third quarter and nine months ending on 30th September 2020 and closure of Trading Window from 1 October 2020 to 25th October 2020 (both days inclusive).
The Company has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending on 30th September 2020 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Friday, 23rd October 2020.
In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2020 to 25th October 2020 (both days inclusive).
