Board Meeting on 7th February 2024: Un-Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ending on 31st December 2023 and closure of Trading Window from 1st January 2024 to 9th February 2024 (both days inclusive)
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter ending on 31st December 2023 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Wednesday, 7th February 2024.
In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2024 to 9th February 2024 (both days inclusive).
