Board to consider declaration of third interim dividend, if any, on 5th December, 2018 and closure of trading window from 28th November, 2018 till 7th December, 2018.

The Company has informed BSE that the Board of Directors on December 05^th, 2018 will consider declaration of third interim dividend for the year 2018, if any.

The Company has also informed BSE that the Company has fixed December 13^th, 2018 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of third interim dividend.

The third interim dividend for 2018, if any, declared would be paid on and from December 21^st , 2018.

Further, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 28^th, 2018 to December 07^th, 2018 (both days inclusive).
