Board to consider interim dividend on 25th April, 2019

The Company has intimated BSE that the Board of Directors shall consider declaration of interim dividend for the year 2018, if any, on 25th April, 2019. The record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders to the interim dividend for the year 2019, if any, that may be declared by the Board of Directors on 25th April, 2019 shall be 7^th May, 2019. The interim dividend for the year 2019, in case declared, shall be paid on and from 15^th May, 2019.
