Board to consider second interim dividend for 2014, if any, on 10th September, 2014

The Company has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider, inter-alia, second interim dividend for the year 2014, if any, on 10^th September, 2014. The Company has also informed BSE that 16^th September, 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the second interim dividend for 2014, if any declared.
Further, the Company has informed that the second interim dividend for 2014, if any declared, would be paid on and from 26^th September, 2014.
