Closure of Trading Window from 1st April, 2015
The Company has informed BSE that the “Close Period” shall commence on 1st April, 2015 and ends 48 hours after public announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending 31st March, 2015.
The date of announcement of the said unaudited financial results shall be intimated in due course.
