Consideration of Interim Dividend, if any, on 23rd October, 2020

The Company has informed BSE that the declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2020, if any, would also be considered at the Board Meeting proposed to be held on 23^rd October, 2020. The Company has also informed BSE that 2^nd November, 2020 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the Interim Dividend for 2020, if any, declared. Further, the Company has informed that the Interim Dividend for 2020, if any declared, would be paid on and from 20^th November, 2020.
