Consideration of Second Interim Dividend, if any, on 29th July, 2016
Nestlé India Ltd. has informed BSE that the declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2016, if any, would be considered at the Board Meeting proposed to be held on 29th July, 2016. The Company has also informed BSE that 8th August, 2016 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the Second Interim Dividend for 2016, if any declared. Further, the Company has informed that the Second Interim Dividend for 2016, if any declared, would be paid on and from 19th August, 2016.
