Consideration of Second Interim Dividend, if any, on 2nd August,2019

The Company has informed BSE that the declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2019, if any, would also be considered at the Board Meeting proposed to be held on 2^nd August, 2019. The Company has also informed BSE that 13^th August, 2019 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the Second Interim Dividend for 2019, if any declared. Further, the Company has informed that the Second Interim Dividend for 2019, if any declared, would be paid on and from 23^rd August, 2019.
