Declaration of third interim dividend for the year 2014 of Rs. 8/- per equity share (face value of Rs. 10/- per equity share).

The Company has informed BSE that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 3^rd December, 2014, have declared third interim dividend for the year 2014 of Rs. 8/- per equity share (face value Rs. 10/- per equity share). Further the Company has fixed 9^th December, 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the third interim dividend for 2014 which would be paid on and from 22^nd December, 2014.
