Declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for third quarter ended 30th September, 2013 and Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 18/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 30th October, 2013 have approved the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2013 and declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 18/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2013. Further the Company has fixed November 05, 2013 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend which would be paid on and from November 15, 2013.
