Intimation under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Submission of resignation email of Senior Management Personnel
In accordance with the Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and further to its letter no. PKR:SG:JK: 73:2025-26 dated 10th November 2025, the Company has submitted copy of the resignation email received from Mr. Anurag Patnaik, who stepped down as Head of Human Resources (Senior Management Personnel), with effect from 31st December 2025, to pursue new professional opportunities.
