Nestlé - Change in Directorate

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Michael T Scales, Director – Finance & Control of the company would be taking up a new assignment with the Beverage Partners, Worldwide, Switzerland, during May 2004.

Mr. Shobinder Duggal currently Vice President – Corporate control of the company will take over from Mr. Scales as Director – Finance & Control.
