Nestlé to consider second interim dividend on Dec 05, 2001

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company will consider declaration of second interim dividend for the year 2001, if any, on December 05, 2001. The second interim dividend for 2001, if any, shall be paid on/after December 20, 2001.
