Nestlé fixes record date for Interim Dividend

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that December 11, 2002 has been fixed as a record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders to the interim dividend for the year 2002, if any, as may be declared by the Board of Directors at a later date.
