Nestlé fixes record date for second interim dividend

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed December 11, 2001 as the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders to second interim dividend for 2001, if any, as may be declared by the Board of directors at a later date.
