Nestlé India announces Q3 results 2004

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company shall consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2004, if any, on December 7, 2004. The Second Interim dividend for the year, 2004 if any, so declared shall be paid on/after December 23, 2004.

The record date for the Second Interim Dividend for the year 2004, if any, has been fixed as December 13, 2004.
