Nestlé India fixes Book Closure

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 21, 2006 to April 25, 2006 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend for 2005.
