Nestlé India FY-02 results on Mar 07, 2003

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Financial Results for the year ended December 31, 2002 would be considered at the Board Meeting to be held on March 07, 2003.

As the company would be publishing Audited Financial Results for the year ended December 31, 2002 the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2002 shall not be published.
