Nestlé India FY-02 results by March 31, 2003

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the company would be publishing Audited Financial Results for year ended December 31, 2002 within the stipulated period of three months after the year end. The Audited Results would be considered at the Board meeting proposed in the month of March 2003.

Consequently the company shall not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2002.
