Nestlé India - FY 05 results by March 2006

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that Company would be publishing Audited Financial Results for the year ended on December 31, 2005 within stipulated period of 3 months after the year end. The Audited results would be considered at the Board meeting proposed in the month of March 2006, date of which shall be intimated separately.

Consequently, the Company shall not be publishing the Un-audited Financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005 (Q4).
