Nestlé India – FY 06 results on Mar 20, 2007

Nestlé India Ltd. has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2007, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended December 31, 2006. Recommendation of final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2006, if any, shall also be considered at the meeting.
