Nestle India Board to consider interim dividend

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2006, if any on April 15, 2006. The Interim Dividend for the year, 2006 if any, so declared shall be paid on and from May 09, 2006.
