Nestlé India - Crisil Rating

Nestlé India Ltd. has informed BSE that the Company has been assigned AAA rating with Stable Outlook indicating highest safety by CRISIL Ltd. for Long Term Borrowing Programme of Rs. 50 Crores. CRISIL Ltd. for Long Term Borrowing Programme of Rs. 50 Crores. CRISIL Ltd. has also reaffirmed the P1+ rating indicating very strong safety for Short Term Debt Plan of Rs. 35 Crores.

The Company currently has negligible outstanding debt and has no immediate borrowal plans.
