Nestlé India Board to consider Interim Dividend for 2009, if any
Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2009, inter alia, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2009, if any.
Further, with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 06, 2009 regarding the Book Closure from May 05, 2009 to May 06, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual Closing and determining entitlement of shareholders to the final dividend for the year 2008 of Rs 12.00 per equity share, the same Book Closure shall also determine entitlement of shareholders to the Interim Dividend for 2009, if any.
Further, with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 06, 2009 regarding the Book Closure from May 05, 2009 to May 06, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual Closing and determining entitlement of shareholders to the final dividend for the year 2008 of Rs 12.00 per equity share, the same Book Closure shall also determine entitlement of shareholders to the Interim Dividend for 2009, if any.
