Newspaper Advertisement – 61st Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”) facility
The Company has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published in the columns of English Daily “Financial Express” Delhi and Mumbai editions on 21st May 2020 and Hindi Daily “Jansatta” Delhi edition on 22nd May 2020, both newspapers having electronic editions, in terms of Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, inter-alia, intimating that 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 19th June, 2020 through VC/OAVM facility.
