The Company has informed BSE and NSE regarding copies of newspaper advertisements published in the columns of English Daily “Financial Express” (Delhi and Mumbai editions) and Hindi Daily “Jansatta” (Delhi edition) on 2nd July 2025, both newspapers having electronic editions, intimating details regarding the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, remote e-voting facility, e-voting system and other requisite details.
