Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 15th October 2026
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026 (“UFRs”). Enclosed are the UFRs along with the Limited Review Report thereon, issued by M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors, and the Press Release relating to the UFRs. The UFRs shall be published in the newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations.
