The Company has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27th July 2023, have:

1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th June 2023; and
2. Intimation to change the Financial Year of the Company to the Fiscal Year i.e., April to March cycle.
