Outcome of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 5th December, 2016.

The Company has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5th December, 2016 has declared third interim dividend for 2016 of Rs. 16.00/- per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to be paid on and from 22^nd December, 2016.
