Outcome of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 3rd August, 2018

The Company has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3^rd August,2018 , inter alia, has approved:

a) unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30^th June, 2018; and
b) declared second interim dividend for 2018 of Rs. 20.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to be paid on and from 24^th August, 2018.
