Q1 results on 20th April 2021 and closure of trading window from 1st April 2021 to 22nd April 2021 (both days inclusive).
The Company has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending 31st March 2021, shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 20th April 2021.
In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2021 to 22nd April 2021 (both days inclusive).
