Q1 results on 10th May, 2018 and closure of trading window from 1st April, 2018 to 12th May, 2018 (both days inclusive).

The Company has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending 31st March, 2018, shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 10th May, 2018.

In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2018 to 12th May, 2018 (both days inclusive).
