Q1 results on 14th May, 2019 and closure of trading window from 1st April, 2019 to 16th May, 2019 (both days inclusive).

The Company has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending 31^st March, 2019, shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 14^th May, 2019.

As communicated earlier, the closure of trading window in respect of the Company is from 1^st April, 2019 till 48 hours after public announcement of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending 31^st March, 2019. Consequently, the Trading Window will remain closed till 16^th May, 2019.
