This is with reference to our letter no. PKR:GA:54:22 dated 22nd December 2022 intimating schedule for consideration of the financial results of the Company by the Board of Directors during the year 2023, including the consideration of the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2022 on 16th February 2023, consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended 31st December 2022.

Further, as communicated vide our above letter of the even date, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed started from 1st January 2023 till 18th February 2023 (both days inclusive).
