Consideration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September 2026:
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled for Thursday, 15th October 2026, to inter-alia consider the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September 2026.
Closure of Trading Window:
In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2026 to 17th October 2026 (both days inclusive).
