Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Consideration of audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ending 31st March 2026.
The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015: Closure of Trading Window from 1st April 2026 to 23rd April 2026 (both days inclusive).
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ending 31st March 2026 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 21st April 2026.
In view of the above event, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2026 to 23rd April 2026 (both days inclusive).
