Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Consideration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter ending 30th June 2025
The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015: Closure of Trading Window from 01st July 2025 to 26th July 2025 (both days inclusive)
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that further to our letter no. PKR:SG:JK: 123:2024-25 dated 19th March 2025, the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ending 30th June 2025 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, 24th July 2025.
In view of the above event, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July 2025 to 26th July 2025 (both days inclusive).
