Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Outcome of the Board Meeting - Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2024
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2024 (‘UFRs’). Enclosed are the UFRs along with the Limited Review Report on the said UFRs issued by M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company and Press Release relating to the UFRs. The same are also being uploaded on the Company’s Website. The UFRs shall be published in the newspapers as per the Listing Regulations.
