In furtherance to letter reference nos. PKR:SG:JK: 105:2025-26 and PKR:SG:JK: 106:2025-26 dated 30th January 2026 and 11th February 2026, respectively, the Company has informed BSE and NSE that the members of the Company have approved with requisite majority, the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 30th January 2026 regarding appointment of: i) Mr. Mandeep Singh Chhatwal (DIN: 11387157) as a Non-Executive Director; ii) Mr. Edouard Dominique Jean Mac Nab (DIN: 11511070) as Whole-time Director, designated as “Executive Director – Finance & Control and Chief Financial Officer”; and iii) Mr. Jagdeep Singh Marahar (DIN: 09121056) as Whole-time Director, designated as “Executive Director – Technical”.
The Result of remote e-Voting, as per the requirements of Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, is enclosed in the prescribed format along with the Scrutinizer’s Report. The same is also being uploaded on the website of the Company i.e. www.nestle.in and National Securities Depository Limited (e-Voting agency) i.e. www.evoting.nsdl.com.
